Micro Molding manufactures high precision and micro components ( Micro weight<1 mg in general) that forming  under high pressure and high speed molding condition. Many different kind of raw-material can be applied to Micro Molding, range from general plastic to high temperature engineering plastics.

At this stage of the common micro-injection molding polymer raw materials are PMMA, PC, PA, POM, PSU, PEEK, LCP, etc. We design, manufacture state of the are dust-speck sized micro molded parts and features with ¡À5 microns (0.0002 in ) tolerances, from initial concept to full CAD models. Our micro molding capability covers high-temperature, thin-wall and over-molding for insert pin.
